Pink and Pearlie

Good morning fellow bloggers.....I would just like to say 'Big Thank you' to all for visiting my blog and leaving your lovely comments:)x  I do try and visit your blogs as often as time allows and even if I am a little quiet sometimes.....I still apprieciate you all and will get round to seeing you blogs at some point ....life is very hectic at the moment! My daughter has a baby due in a few weeks and had lot's of problems with her last pregnancy, so they are scanning her often this time and everything is looking good so hopefully she will be able to go full term:) I am off on holiday (obviously only if my daughter and baby are still ok) with my youngest 2 children, my eldest son and hubby in just over a week so am trying to get in front with all of my DT cards..... My problem is I never do a quick card lol....I spend many hours on just one card:( x
But anyway I will stop babbling on:)....  Today  it is a new challenge over at In The Pink

.....The theme is Pink and Pearlie!
we'd like to see something PEARLIE on your pink creations this time...  but don't forget to use MORE PINK THAN ANY OTHER COLOUR!
I have used another stunning digi from Lacy Sunshine called Lizabeth - as Theodora isn't she just stunning :) x You can find her and lot's of other gorgeous Lacy Sunshine digi's HERE

  • I have coloured her in with copics (not to happy with the coat).
  • The flowers and pearls are all from The Hobby House.
  • The vintage style lace with pearls is from Live and Love Crafts.
  • The leaves have been die cut from the new Dies and stamps from The Burst Of Splendor Collection from Heartfelt Creations.
  • The papers are Maja Design -vintage Spring and Vintage Summer.
  • The circle doily is a Spellbinder die called Stately Circles.
  • To soften the pearl bow I have added a few pale pink feathers.
  • I have used a Martha Stewart punch around the edges of the card and then used distress ink: Antique Linen.
By the way if you are looking for my Hanna and Friends post and my blog candy you will find it HERE
